Terms of Service
- Order Modification: Requests to modify orders must be made within 24 hours of placement
- Return Shipping Fee: For pet sofas (large items), return shipping fee is borne by the customer if the return is due to personal size preference
- Price Adjustment: We reserve the right to adjust product prices based on supply chain changes; confirmed orders will not be affected
- Force Majeure: In case of delivery delays due to customs clearance, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify customers promptly and provide solutions (e.g., compensation or order cancellation)
